Insights Training

Learning more about each other and specifically, how to communicate to one another is key in creating a collaborative work environment. 

Our Learning and Development team recognise this and offer regular Insights training to our teammates across the business. Through this session, colleagues learn not only about themselves, but also learn how best to work with one another and optimise team meetings by communicating effectively.

These training days fall in line with the Learning and Development pillar of our ourpeople Strategy whereby continuous training and access to information is readily available for all staff.
